Professional Help Employee Counselling Services offer support to employees to help them deal with stresses and issues that might adversely impact their work performance, health or emotional wellbeing. Our Employee Counselling Services include the provision of a telephone helpline which offers confidential information, advice and support for business owners, leaders, managers and employees, plus assessment and referral to our team of professional counsellors who provide individual telephone, face to face, email, Skype/Facetime/Webcam counselling and also group counselling where required.
Our Employee Counselling helplines can be delivered free via 0800 (or other non-geographic) telephone numbers and can be fully branded and personalised to your organisation. We are able to deliver services up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and always offer 24-hour answerphone and email access. Assessment phone calls and counselling are available outside of normal working hours and timings of sessions are agreed between the employee and the counsellor. We provide full UK coverage and ensure that our people are fully qualified and supervised to ensure that the support to your people is of the very highest quality.
